తన్ను తానే మింగి, మావమౌతుంది.

చూస్తే చూసింది గానీ కళ్లు లేవు. నవ్వితే నవ్వింది గాని పళ్లు నోరు లేదు, తంతే తన్నింది గాని కాలు లేదు.

చూస్తే చిన్నోడు, వాడి ఒంటి నిండా నార బట్టలు

What did we cover in the class?

Homework review
One of the students explained his writing about navaratri, Deepavali and his fictitious conversation with his uncle when his uncle visits his home. Another student will do the same in next class.

Padyam
Revision of poem Sri Raghurama padyam - first padaym from Dasaradhi Satakam. Next week students would be asked to recite in the class. Parents, please work with the students to have the poem recited a few times. This would be important for the midterm exam.

Reading
Reading part-2 (last part) of the story of telivigala kaaki. This week's homework is based on the story. You can find a soft copy of the story here

Homework

Learn about navaratri and speak for one minute in next class in only Telugu. Speak about Deewali for a minute (other students than one who spoke this week)

Read the telivigala kaaki story (link given above). Then write each sentence without looking at it. 

Try to learn the story and learn to tell it without reading. Attempt to tell the story in the next class. This is important for mid term

Learn about navaratri and speak for one minute in next class in only Telugu. Speak about Deewali for a minute.

Develop the conversation with your uncle - at least 10 sentences - 5 that you ask your uncle and the remaining 5 that your uncle asks you, along with answers. Write them in Telugu. For example...
